The Mosheva neighborhood in Zichron Ya’akov is known to many because of the famous and lively pedestrian street and picturesque alleys that lie in its heart. This is an old and central neighborhood that preserves a variety of historical buildings such as the “Aharonson House,” the “Binyamin Pool,” and the Great Synagogue, as well as commercial centers, farmers’ yards, detached houses, and even a number of low-rise buildings designed to match the Moshava’s color and character. The neighborhood is popular, high-quality, and mostly quiet. Many homes enjoy a blue sea view or a green view of Carmel.
The neighborhood is traversed by Hameyasdim Street, which leads and connects to major transportation routes. The diverse population of elderly and young families, as well as many Anglo-Saxon immigrants, has easy and quick access to public institutions and services such as schools and kindergartens, the Mosheva high school, health services, youth movement centers, a soccer field, fitness and sports facilities, shops, and recreation centers. Regular transportation to all nearby cities is available from the neighborhood, as well as quick access to the Binyamina train station and exits to roads 2, 4, and 6.
