Neve Sharet, also known as “Shikun Darom” is an old neighborhood in the southeastern part of Zichron Ya’akov. Old private houses built on spacious lots alongside a new construction boom of two-family houses make the renewed neighborhood attractive to young families. The newly built “Wine Park” project, located near the neighborhood, features small residences, recreation areas, galleries, and a shopping complex. The new complex was designed in the style of Moshava Zichron Ya’akov and connects to the outskirts of the Neve Sharet neighborhood, where the streets have been extensively renovated and are now attracting housing developers and non-residents. The neighborhood overlooks the green fields of the Binyamina area, is a short drive from the train station, and has a small commercial center for residents’ convenience. Neve Sharet’s upper part borders the lively “Halomot Zichron” neighborhood and the newly built “Morodt Habar” neighborhood ” which creates a blessed sequence of progress and development.
