The dreams of Zichron Ya’akov (Halomot) Located on the eastern slopes of the old settlement and surrounded by a green grove, this young neighborhood was established with care to preserve Zichron Ya’akov’s beauty, with most of the apartments benefits from a magical view, light, and a pleasant breeze. The complex includes semi townhouses, loft apartments, duplexes, garden apartments, and spacious 4-5-room apartments with pleasant balconies. The neighborhood is characterized by a population composition consisting mainly of families and a bustling and varied community life. Halomot is built around a grand park and enjoys a system of well-kept parks, open spaces which includes an area of sculptural installations, gathering area, unique skate park, an orchard garden, fitness and sports complex, and a basketball and soccer field. The high school for arts and sciences is located on the outskirts of the neighborhood which is only a few minutes’ drive from highway 6 and the train station.
