The neighborhood was established about just over two decades ago as a “small estate”, and the majority of it is made up of single-family homes divided into private houses built on large lots and two-family houses. The neighborhood was designed in a closed circular shape with four Dutch streets so that, with the exception of its residents, only invited guests visit, while the tenants enjoy complete privacy, peace, and security. Ahuzat Nili is conveniently located near the commercial center, the moshava’s vibrant and colorful pedestrian mall, schools, kindergartens, sports facilities, country club, synagogues, and other amenities. Residents get the best of both worlds: a private and quiet home in the heart of Zichron, combined with maximum comfort and access to all public and community services. As a result, the neighborhood’s residents are in no hurry to leave, which makes finding a property for sale in the neighborhood quite a task. A desirable location in a well-maintained neighborhood.

Giv'at Eden

Welcome to Givat Eden, a neighborhood located on green hills in the northwestern part of the settlement, where the first houses were built in the 1980s.
